pumpkin cheesecake cookies



Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookies

no baking required.

bowl one
cream cheese
pumpkin puree
maple syrup

sweeten to taste.

bowl two
oats
sugar
cinnamon

Scoop the mixture from bowl one and roll in bowl two, forming little cookie balls.
repeat.
eat.

also, if you leave them in the fridge overnight/couple of days they will firm up a little.
